Top 5 exercises for your eyes.
Hi guys! I'm back with this blog again and I will make sure that I write regularly :)
Though it is kind of 'cool' to wear glasses at times they can be annoying too. Take the rainy season or storm where you will have to wipe the glasses every now and then.
Isn't it better to take the glasses off ..like forever?
This post is not only for those who wear glasses, also for the people who looks at the system/mobile 24*7.
Here it goes.
-This should be done before 9 a.m. or after 4 p.m. where the rays from the sun is less.
-Never look at the sun directly.
-Roll your eyes clockwise around the sun for 3 to 5 seconds
-After 5 seconds, pause and look away for some time.
-Now, Roll your eyes again but this time anti-clockwise.
-Do this exercise for few days and see the difference by yourself.
2. Rolling
-Look straight ahead and look all the way up
-Count 2 seconds, then look all the way down.
-Count 2 seconds. Then look to the extreme left.
-Repeat and look to the extreme right.
-Now you have to move your eyes to the four diagonal corners. (you may feel tight stretches in your eyes which is a good thing)
-Begin with looking to the extreme top-left corner, bottom-right, top-right and end with bottom-left for one whole cycle.
-Repeat the cycle for one minute. Remember to maintain your head stationary.
3.Palming

Remember to find a chair and a table so that you can place your arms on.
-Rub your hands together to create a warm sensation
-Close your eyes and cover both of your eyes with the hands. Do not press your hands against your eyes. Your eyes should be in the cup of your palm
- Imagine yourself looking into the dark and if you see flashes of light, ignore it as it will eventually go away
-Hold this position for one minute or as long as you wish
4.Water and Right Vegetable.

-As we all know, water is the most important source for our body.]
-Make sure you wash your eyes at least once in two hours to keep it fresh.
-When you keep your eyes fresh, you strain less.
-This is also a way to protect your eyes.
-Make sure you drink/eat vegetables like carrot juice/carrot regularly.
5. Tratak

-Turn off all the lights, lit up a candle
-Try looking at the candle flame for 10 minutes daily.
-You can also try looking at pencil tip.
