With record retirements and two humongous fine implied, the second week of the Wimbledon looks amazing!
- Tomic was fined for his unsportsmanlike behavior on court.
- Daniil was fined for throwing coins at the chair of the umpire.
- Mattek Sands suffered a huge leg injury where she fell down while playing and she was taken to hospital by ambulance. She had players like Sania Mirza, Sorana Cristea visiting her.
- Federer crosses 10,000 aces in his career.
- Nadal recorded 29 consecutive set wins.
ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS:
- India ends the 4-day Asian championships at the top, with 29 medals (12 Gold, 5 Silver, 12 Bronze)
China ends 2nd and Kazakhstan in the 3rd spot.
This is India's best performance.
BERLIN PARA SWIMMING:
- Suyash Jadhav came 1st in the heats to clinch silver medal in the 100M butterfly style at IDM Berlin 2017
ASIAN SNOOKER TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP:
- Pankaj Advani and Laksman Rawat wins the Asian team snooker championship 2017. They defeated the Pakistani duo - Bilal and Babar
